WILD (Weird, Intense, Loud, Different) is a new global movement turning the labels used to marginalise neurodivergent people into banners of pride. WILD Pride is the dedicated home for the intersection of our Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities.
A Home for the Intersection
Our relevance to LGBTQIA+ communities is core to who we are. Research shows that transgender and gender-diverse people are 3-6 times more likely to be autistic!
An estimated 70% of neurodivergent people are also queer. WILD Pride exists to move this intersection from unknown statistics to a living, celebrating reality.
🏳️🌈 Mardi Gras 2026
We have been accepted into the 2026 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade! Our entry, ‘A Unified Spectrum: Unmasking Together,’ will feature 40 marchers in a sensory-inclusive formation.
